Obvious typographical, pricing or inventory errors may be corrected before an order is accepted. Promotions apply only when their conditions are displayed by this store.
Orders and acceptance
An order submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. The store may refuse or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an invalid address, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions or a material listing error. If a captured payment relates to a cancelled order, the store will initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Product use and warranty
Follow the instructions, warnings, ingredients, allergens and compatibility information supplied with the exact product. Unless a separate written store warranty is shown on the product page, manufacturer programs and warranties are handled by their stated provider and are not automatically obligations of this independent store.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the store is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. Disputes are governed by the mandatory law and forum rules that apply to the transaction and the customer location.
Changes and contact
